Does Lipp Law Provide Free Consultations?
No, Lipp Law does not provide free consultations. We provide a paid consultation and case evaluation for a flat fee. To review our current flat fee pricing, please download Lipp Law’s flat fee pricing menu here.
We can answer questions by email or telephone about our services, but do not provide legal advice unless we are retained as counsel.
What Does Your Firm’s Consultation Provide?
The consultation includes review of the relevant documentation for your matter, any necessary legal research before the consultation, and up to one hour’s worth of consultation with a Lipp Law attorney.
The consultation does not provide written work product, or review of contracts. If you would like a contract reviewed or written work product provided, such as a contract template, please review our flat fee pricing by downloading our flat fee pricing menu here.
In Addition to Flat Fee Pricing, What Other Types of Pricing Does Lipp Law Offer?
Lipp Law works on an hourly rate basis and requires an evergreen retainer deposit ranging from $2,500 to $7,500, depending on the matter. An evergreen retainer stays in the firm’s trust account, and is applied to the final invoice.
Our hourly rates vary based on the attorney, but currently range from $400 to $500 per hour, depending on the attorney. Our firm’s prices are subject to change, and our contract will provide the current pricing in effect. Amounts owed for the firm’s work are paid monthly on the payment amount on file.
We use LawPay which keeps our client’s payment information in a secure payment portal.
