Lipp Law is a Virginia-based employment law firm serving clients throughout Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC.

We advise and represent both employees and employers in workplace matters involving transition, dispute, and risk. Our clients include professionals, executives, and organizations navigating employment and business issues where discretion, strategy, and precision matter.

Our approach is litigation-focused. We evaluate matters with a clear understanding of how they may unfold in litigation, agency proceedings, or negotiated resolution, and we tailor guidance accordingly from the outset.
