Katie dedicates her practice to employment separation guidance. Based on her successful employment litigation practice, she has been named a Super Lawyers’ Rising Star for Employment Litigation in DC and Virginia, a Legal Elite by Virginia Business Magazine, and an Up and Coming Lawyer by Virginia Lawyers Weekly. She is admitted to practice in Virginia and Washington, DC, and has been specially admitted to litigate non-compete cases in Maryland and Delaware.
David defends businesses against complaints of workplace discrimination and litigates cases involving the misappropriation of trade secrets and violations of restrictive covenants, including non-competition and non-solicitation agreements. He is admitted to practice law in Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C. and was selected as a D.C. and Virginia Rising Star in Business Litigation by Super Lawyers (2019).
Ryen has comprehensive experience in the fields of intellectual property, complex business transactions, and business-related litigation. Ryen specializes in the drafting of contracts and operations documents; resolution of business and intellectual property-related disputes; and counseling in the fields of corporate, employment, and software law.
Eileen is the firm’s senior paralegal with experience in labor & employment, corporate and transactional litigation. Eileen has extensive experience in both federal and state courts and has participated in several trials including multi-jurisdictional litigation. She has also worked with start-up technology and software companies advising them on employment, licensing and administrative matters. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, yoga and is a volunteer with the American Red Cross.
